A Different Approach to Thoroughbred Ownership
Most racing partnerships require members to purchase interests in individual horses, sign ownership agreements, manage tax reporting, and assume the risks and responsibilities that come with horse ownership.
Our Club is different.
We are not a horse ownership syndicate, investment fund, or single-horse partnership. Instead, we operate like a private club built around the excitement, tradition, and lifestyle of Thoroughbred racing. Members join the Club to enjoy access to unique racing experiences, exclusive events, insider updates, and a community of fellow enthusiasts.
There are no individual horse ownership contracts to manage, no capital calls, no decisions about trainers or veterinarians, and no day-to-day ownership responsibilities. The Club handles horse selection, training relationships, racing operations, administration, and event planning so members can focus on enjoying the experience.
Just as members of a golf club do not own the golf course, members of our Club do not own individual racehorses. The Club manages the assets, operations, and experiences on behalf of the membership.
This simple structure allows members to enjoy the thrill of thoroughbred racing without many of the administrative burdens commonly associated with traditional racing partnerships. Members participate in the Club experience while the Club's management team handles the work behind the scenes.
